But I don't think he's terrible with others, besides his conduct with Viktor. [ which, like, he didn't enjoy at all, but he's dealt with it one way or another. ] He shows human decency because there's no reason not to. He is not usually cruel, because there's no reason to be. He acknowledges people's talents, and disdains your royalty that deserves it.
He cares for you, in his own... strange way! So your relationship is very different. But in that, it seems special to me.

He's still terrible in a lot of ways. [HELP.] But you're right about the rest of that! That's part of why I admire and respect him so much! And why I forgive him for not even handing off my bloody shirt to someone else so it could be washed before he returned it to me!
