Para was a water genasi--nothing like a Zora, but part water elemental, so. Similar connection, maybe. She found me when I was at my lowest and gave me something to do. First, I repaired the Spire towers under her supervision. I didn't know fuck-all about carpentry, so she taught me what she could and we figured out workarounds. And after a while, she took me on as a pupil. She taught me how to fight better. How to clear my mind sometimes. To breathe. To use Keys to connect with the roots of our world. To trust people again.
